Marianhill Chartered Accountants (Zimbabwe) is a registered audit firm registered with Public Accountants and Auditors Board (PAAB). Manyara M. Chigunduru (Mrs.) CA(Z), RPA (PAAB), MBL (UNISA) Managing Partner
Read BioManyara is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Zimbabwe) and a registered Public Auditor. She is the Managing Partner of Marianhill Chartered Accountants and is responsible for the overall quality control of all engagements. She has more than 18 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, financial management, corporate strategy, project management and taxation. She has a master’s in business leadership with UNISA. She is responsible for the training of trainee accountants who are on the articles program. Manyara is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) Public Sector Task Force Committee and is the vice chairperson. She is a member of Women Chartered Accountants Network in Zimbabwe.
Manyara has extensive assurance and audit experience in financial services (banking and insurance), manufacturing, NGOs, Agriculture, Association bodies, Legal, Education and Events.

Tawengwa Toronga CISA, CISM Partner /Director – ICT Assurance Services
Read BioTawengwa is an ICT consultant with more than 17 years’ experience in the Information Technology field. His work experience dates back to his employment as Security Analyst with Siestum Private Limited and his subsequent employment with Dimension Data Zimbabwe in its Pre-Sales Consulting department. He is the co-founder and Managing Director at ProComm Private Limited and Byte Patrol Private Limited. He is a holder of a Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics) Degree from National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe. He also holds several certifications including Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Manager (CISM) and numerous other technical certifications. He is a member of Information System and Audit Association (ISACA), an organisation dedicated to the highest standards of information systems audit, control, and security.

Peddy Chigunduru CA(Z), MBL (UNISA) Associate Director – Corporate Finance and Transactions Services
Read BioPeddy, a qualified Chartered Accountant, has over 19 years’ experience in banking and insurance spanning risk management, corporate and financial management, audit and accounting, project and infrastructure finance. He joined First Mutual Life Assurance Company (Private) Limited as a Finance Executive from Pearl Properties (2006) Limited where he held the position of General Manager for Finance &Administration. He has worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers Chartered Accountants (PwC) Zimbabwe and Southern Africa, in Johannesburg, South Africa, having been part of the project and infrastructure finance team focusing on the sub Saharan opportunities. At PwC, his mandate included initiating and leading property finance structures aimed at mobilizing tailored funding to finance property refurbishments, developments and expansion activities. He was also involved in Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) deal origination and structuring. Peddy received technical training in PPPs from the South African Department of Treasury through the Development Bank of Southern Africa (DBSA). He holds a Masters in Business Leadership.

Tobias Betani Business Development Executive
Read BioTobias is an experienced banker, capacity builder and business development specialist. He has served as Training and Development Manager for 29 years in various local banks including Barclays Bank of Zimbabwe and its regional counterparts Botswana, Mauritius, Kenya and Zambia. He further served as Senior Learning and Development Manager for four local banks facilitating management training specialising in strategy planning, monitoring, evaluation, team building, motivation, selling and negotiation. Tobias was involved in extensive HIV and AIDS capacity building around Zimbabwe i.e. training of trainers and managers responsible for the Prevention from Mother to Child (PMTCT) program. Tobias trained as a trainer at Barclays Bank PLC Poole (UK). He was engaged as a learning and development consultant for BancABC Zimbabwe and its Regional offices in Botswana, Mozambique, Zambia and Tanzania for 36 months.
